How do the cash prizes work?
Each time that you participate in an online survey, you will be eligible to receive cash and/or prizes.
Will Survey Winnings contact me to ask for more information?
Once in awhile we may receive surveys that require additional information other than that which has been collected upon registration. In order to see if you qualify for a particular survey we may request additional information.
Why can't I open a particular survey?
If you encounter problems opening up a survey, please be sure to check the following settings on your computer.
Be sure that you have cookies enabled
Be sure that your ISP settings are not blocking you from taking the survey
Remove all Adware and/or Spyware programs from your system
Be sure that the browser you are using does not block access to our site
Be sure that your anti-virus settings are compatible with Survey Winnings
Be sure that your firewall settings are compatible with Survey Winnings
Will my personal information be protected?
Yes, we take great pride and care in the protection of your personal information and it will never be shared or sold to third party companies.
When will I be paid?
When your account reaches the minimum payout amount usually in the amount of $20. In terms of receiving prizes, prizes are usually awarded 3-4 weeks after initial draw.
Why do you need to know my background information?
We gather background information from our members to ensure that we match you up with surveys that truely fit your lifestyle and interests.
What can I expect as a member of Survey Winnings?
After you complete our online registration form to join the Survey Winnings panel, you will receive a welcome email. The welcome email will contain an opt-in link, make sure that you click on it to confirm your registration.
How long will it take for me to complete a survey?
All of our surveys vary in length, but most will take less than 15 to 20 minutes to complete. Each e-mailed survey that you receive will give you the exact time anticipated for completion.
Why am I completing these surveys?
The surveys that you complete are for leading product and service providers throughout North America. The opions that you give direct impact how they make and distribute their goods or services.
How can I opt-out?
You can opt out at any time from our program. Simply send an email from your subscribed email to optout@surveywinnings.com
What should I do if I'm encountering technical problems?
If you're encountering technical problems, please send an email to support@surveywinnings.com and be sure to include the survey number, browser used and any other additional details of the problem.
Why do you use PayPal?
Survey Winnings chose to partner with Paypal because it's the leading payment transaction processor on the web. Trusted, safe and secure, Paypal is easy to register with. If you do not currently have an account, you can sign up for one now at www.paypal.com.
Is there a limit to the amount of surveys I can take?
Survey Winnings members can take as many surveys as they'd like, as long as they meet the requirements to do so.
